Apple forces us to support account-based and non account-based features on iOS. That's why we're only able to offer the 1-month free trial for those who create an account and complete the purchase, and from there you can easily edit your subscriptions from your settings. We're working on enabling a one month free trial for more people, but it's difficult to track non account-based users because they can always abuse it and constantly create one-month free trials. It's a work in progress and we're figuring it out however I do encourage you to go ahead and try the free trial and if you're not satisfied by the end of the trial I'll personally guarantee that you won't be charged :)

I’m using the free trial to pay after the first month but I’m not getting any features. Everything I click on pops up the payment plan

Hi Shane, we have a 1-month free trial for users who elect the paid plan. This gives you full access to all the features. Otherwise, if you choose to skip the whole in-app purchase process, you can only access our BlackHedge selection feature.
